Janzen Local Remodeler ("we", "us") is operated by Paul Tsarikov as part of the Scale Estimates network. This policy describes what information we collect through this website, how we use it, how long we keep it, and how you can exercise your rights.

- Information you submit through forms. Name, email, phone, ZIP code, project details, and any message content you provide in the inquiry, contact, opt-out, or report-a-concern forms.
- Communication preferences. Records of your opt-out requests, including the email address and any source domain or reason you provide.
- Basic technical information. A truncated, hashed form of the IP address of the submitting device, plus request metadata such as user agent and referrer, used for abuse prevention and diagnostics.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries, questions, and privacy requests.
- To connect a homeowner with a relevant service provider where one is available.
- To process and honor opt-out requests.
- To detect and prevent abuse and to keep the site running.
Service-provider sharing
When we connect an inquiry with a service provider, we share the information you submitted with that provider so they can follow up. We do not sell information to unrelated third parties.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not run third-party advertising trackers or fingerprinting scripts. Basic session cookies may be used to keep the site functional. If we add optional analytics in the future, we will update this policy.
Retention
